Records Search Request

This form is for records search requests with Denver Probate Court (Denver County) only.

Requesting a records search with the Denver Probate Court:

1. Fill out the records request form as completely as possible. Once you submit the form, you will automatically go to the payment screen. (Denver Probate Court uses PayPal for payments).
2. On the payment screen, you will pay $5.00 for each search request. (The initial $5.00 record search fee will return a case number (if any) and a name and 15 minutes of research personnel time.)
3. Once we receive your request and payment, we will locate the file and process your request. This will take, on average, 1-3 business days.
   • Depending on the year of the file, we may need to retrieve the file from our off-site storage. This involves an additional fee of $15.00 (non-refundable). You will receive an invoice for this amount if off site retrieval is necessary. Once payment is received, your request will be processed.
4. Once we have the file and determine the number of pages you are requesting (if any), you will receive an invoice for the cost of processing your request (copies you requested).
5. Once payment is received, the requested information will be emailed to you in Adobe Acrobat Reader (pdf) or multipage tiff format.
